DOX Principle

Oxygen electrode method

Using cell cartridges and culture media (nutrients for bacteria), DOX grows bacteria in a constant environment. The bacteria increase in the cell cartridge while consuming oxygen. The change in the amount of oxygen in the cell cartridge is replaced by a numerical value (the value of the current).

Dissolved oxygen concentration changes, incubation time, and value of the current

The higher the bacteria count, the sooner abnormalities can be detected, making a more rapid response possible.
